From Zero To Hero

This was an amazing experience for us to learn survival skills.. This camping was conducted by Brunei Darussalam AIDS Council (BDAC).. We departed there at around 6:30 pm, it was delayed due to heavy rain, then around 7:15 pm we arrived on the island.. Pulau Pelumpong is a natural island located nearby serasa and muara, can be seen when you travel to Labuan using ship.. The rain fell persistently throughout the night, but we still able to lit on the campfire..

For the last 3 days we have been involved in the volunteering for taking care of the official letter for the new UBD Intake 2009/2010.. Also involved with the volunteer were Adri, Ben, Billah, Hafiz, Hadri, Nora and lots more.. Congratulation to all who make it to UBD, ITB and scholarship, especially to my friends Syukri, Syihan, Rosazly, Afiq, Faiz Badri, Basyir, Zai, Qistina, Nafee and others .. All the best guys for the new programme.. Study hard.. No Pain, No Gain.. haha..

Fun Night at Jerudong Park

Wednesday night.. We went to Jerudong Park, that was totally a last minute plan.. At first we wanted to watch Ice Age 2, but then came an idea to just lepak at Jerudong Park.. I just went there also last week for Borneo Games visit.. 8 of us rocked the park just now.. Really enjoy the park, although long time already it abandoned, especially the Bumper Car, we were given 1 hour to play there.. But it really hurt especially when our car being bumped very hardly, and it happened many times thoughout the 1 hour..

This is the only time we can enjoy our time, I don't like to waste my holidays with nothing to do.. haha.. The long end semester break is almost over, just 3 more weeks to go.. Lets enjoy them more!!!

Emotional Farewell To King Of Pop

Life with Michael is all they have ever known.

It is clear that the children felt love from their father Michael Jackson. Now, what happens to the children? The question on the table is will Debbie Rowe pursue getting the children? What would be her motivation? A lot of people have speculated that it is truly money motivated. Has she been in their life on a regular basis prior to now? If you got a chance to look at the memorial, the children seemed at ease with their aunts,uncles and grandma.

It's a shame that they cannot be left alone to mourn the passing of their father without having to wonder what will become of them. Paris and Prince are old enough to know that there may be a question of where they will end up. Only time will tell where the story ends for them.

Last sunday, we went for a talk regarding probiotic.. This talk I think very useful for biomedical science student and also the medical student, this is something new for us.. Probiotic is just a live microbial supplement that bring benefit to the host (human) as it affects the host's physiology by enhancing immunity as a result of a well nutritional and microbial balance in the intestinal tract.. In other words it just means "Improving a "good bacteria" found in our intestine"..

After the talk, we were given a free empire atrium lunch which I think very worthful.. One of the best lunch I ever had.. haha.. Coz the food available was various, ranging from seafood, sushi, traditional food, fast food, italian food, cakes and lots more.. I feel bad that I don't know to eat seafood, because they were plenty there, and my friends ate them a lot especially the clam.. We stayed there from 11:45 am until 2 pm, we tried to eat every food that avaialble there until our stomach were fully occupied..

This was actually our first bowling tryout at Polo Club, Jerudong.. I can say the quality is far much better than the Utama Bowling, very comfortable and also the price quite reasonable.. Lots of facilities available there also such as gymnasium, snooker, squash, swimming pool and lots more.. Will try this place again next time..

Dalam swimming pool pun ada cafe ka, siap dgn kerusi nya lagi tu, rugged.. tapi inda jua kami jadi membali coz mahal..

Cuba liat urang dalam kreta si adri tu.. Guess who?? haha.. Pasal ia baru balik dari KL, so kami suruh la ia pakai mask, psal ia nda mau quarantine di umah.. Awal ganya makai, udah main bowling nda tya makai lg..

The Consumer Fair which held at ICC for 4 days, started on thursday and finished yesterday.. I think more than 50,000 people came to the Consumer Fair throughout the 4 days.. Lots of booth available there, and for me it was the best consumer fair they made so far..

DKA Departure

Sunday evening we had a farewell meet with our close lecturer, Dr. Khairul Anwar (DKA).. He did help us a lot and thank you for everything you share with us and advices that you gave.. What good about him, he easily understand me, especially when I slept during my PBL and lecture.. haha..

'On Air' at Nasional FM

What I can say that was the first time I enter the radio studio at RTB and on air for the show 'Menara Gading' which schedule every sunday night at Nasional FM.. Yang ada mendangar aku cakap on air atu, buat macam nda tau saja a.. haha.. But it's okie la, that was a new experience also and practise us on how to contribute idea spontaneously on the show.. Also in the studio were Khairul Karau, Katie, Syimah and the photographer, Ben..

Pelangi FM, my favourite radio station also after Kristal FM..

Transformer 2: Revenge of fallen.. I watched with 8 of my friends just now the 2nd day premier show of transformer.. The movie was fantastic, I enjoyed watching it throughout the two and half hour duration.. I didn't want to spoil the readers the flow of the movie, because I know some people haven't watch the movie yet, all I can say that Optimus Prime was.. hahaha.. jk.. I want to watch this movie once again if can.. Those who haven't watch, you better watch it.. Inda rugi meliat balik2..
