Swimming

"Swimming is just perfect for people, who have a hard time carrying out weight bearing land based physical activities, as your weight in water is about 1/10 of your usual normal weight on land.. So this mean by swim we can lose our calories at greater rate compare to jogging or doing physical exercise on land.."

Today I had great fun swimming with my friends at Hassanal Bolkiah Swimming Pool at Berakas.. We went there from 11 am until 3 pm.. Swimming is our daily activity during free time especially during holiday.. Those who came just now, si Syukri, Rosazly, Kaeroul Ayub, Sufi, Ben, Fakhri, Syihan & Taqim.. We just basically play Water Polo on the water, 5 vs. 4.. Selalu biasa main futsal but now, it's kind of futsal di dalam aying, difference nya ganya bula nya lain and we play using hands.. the final result our team won 22-16..
